Trust & safety / RoadShare
Safety starts with clarity.
Knowing the journey, protecting your information and understanding each step of a booking all matter. RoadShare puts these choices at the centre of the shared travel experience.
The approach
Take a moment. Make an informed choice.
Before agreeing to a shared journey, review the route, departure time, meeting point, driver information and contribution to travel costs. Keep arrangements within the product’s booking flow, and raise concerns when details do not match. A profile or review is one part of a decision; it does not remove the risks of travelling with another person.
Care at every step
The details that help you travel responsibly.
Verification
Know who you are travelling with.
RoadShare’s driver eligibility controls support the review of drivers before trip posting. Use the information shown in the product to understand the driver and the journey you are considering.
Check that the driver, vehicle and agreed meeting details match before setting off. Do not continue with a journey if something feels wrong. Verification and ratings support your judgment; they are not a guarantee of conduct or safety.
Privacy
Give information a clear purpose.
Share only the information needed for the task. Never send passwords, verification codes, card details or identity documents through the corporate enquiry form or an unsolicited message.
This company website handles corporate enquiries. Account, journey and payment information belongs to the separate RoadShare product and its privacy notice. Our corporate Privacy page explains the information handled here.

Understand the journey and the cost.
Review the route, departure time, available seats and cost shown in the product before requesting a place. A listing, a booking request and a confirmed booking represent different stages; check your current status before travelling.
Follow the payment instructions within the RoadShare product. Treat requests to send money to a different account or share a payment code as a reason to stop and contact support. This corporate website does not collect ride payments.
Support
Speak up when something is wrong.
Contact customersupport@roadshare.ng for product questions, a concern about your experience or help finding the right information. Describe the issue clearly and leave sensitive documents and payment information out of your first message.
That inbox is not an emergency response service. If someone is in immediate danger, they should contact the appropriate local emergency service.
